Chiara Lombardi
Chiara S. Lombardi is a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI) and fundraising human-centered leader and consultant whose mission is to create sustainable strategies and solutions to today’s challenges. She provides strategic direction, thought leadership, and the development of an inclusive environment by integrating diversity practice into all aspects of the business. She works with organizations that desire innovative, equitable, and breakthrough thinking in organizational change, leadership development, hiring practices, fundraising, external relations, and communication.
Chiara holds an MA in Asian Studies from the University of Venice, Italy, and an AA in Chinese language from Beijing Language and Culture University. Chiara speaks six languages and collaborates with international organizations around the globe. She is the recipient of the Women of the Year Award for her tireless work in the community and is an active member of AJLI.
Chiara lives in Berlin, Germany. When she is not working, you can find her reading, hiking, and hugging trees.
