Dr. Jeff McGee
Dr. Jeff McGee is a consultant, professor, national speaker, podcast guest, published author of the nationally recognized book, “One Human Race: Five Stages to Empowering Transformative Change” and thought leader in using an asset-based approach to understanding cross-cultural and leadership competencies. He is passionate about equipping leaders with strategies and approaches to lead tomorrow’s organizations. He has studied and witnessed barriers between diverse groups where issues of trust, decision-making and roles are misunderstood. Dr. McGee has successfully led many organizations through consultations that have positively impacted organizational culture, relationship-building efforts, and strategic planning.
Juan Gonzales
Juan Gonzales is a Human Resources Professional with over 20 years of experience in public/private/non-profit organizations in insurance, healthcare, transportation, financial services, and retail.
His servant leader leadership style in Human Resources is to inspire, empower, create, drive, lead, understand, and communicate with management and employees who are the true heroes and are the most critical assets of any organization.

Jennifer is an HR Professional with over 10 years of experience in Human Resources. She has held support and leadership roles in HR, Organizational Development, HRIS, and Employee Relations. Working the majority of her career at Arizona State University, she has found joy in helping others enhance their careers and guiding them through HR matters. She specializes in process improvement and development, resolving conflict, boosting employee morale and engagement, analytical reporting and strategic planning.
Courtney Heyward
Project Manager
Courtney has a passion for empowering others, amplifying unheard voices, and a heart for creating spaces of diversity, equity and inclusion stemming from her love for people. She strongly believes that everyone has value and should be offered a seat at the table. Courtney has over 10 years of experience working with at-risk youth from marginalized communities through being a teacher and board member of a local Arizona nonprofit.
Nawshin Nawar
Research and Evaluation Consultant
Nawshin is an experienced researcher with a collective 8 years of educational and work experience in the field of Social Sciences and Economics Research. She specializes in multi-methods research techniques and has worked on numerous projects in collaboration with international organizations such as the World Bank, the United Nations, and the European Union. She is passionate about social change and social impact research, and is driven by the Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 2030 Agenda of “Leaving No One Behind”.
Alexis Russell
With a rich diversity of professional experiences and a vibrant personal life, Alexis has cultivated a diverse and fulfilling career path. Graduating from Grand Canyon University with a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education, she laid the groundwork for a journey dedicated to learning and growth. The initial phase of Alexis' career was marked by a passionate commitment to teaching ESL, where for four years, she not only educated but also enriched the lives of students through the power of language.
