Jennifer Spatola

Jennifer is an HR Professional with over 10 years of experience in Human Resources.  She has held support and leadership roles in HR, Organizational Development, HRIS, and Employee Relations.  Working the majority of her career at Arizona State University, she has found joy in helping others enhance their careers and guiding them through HR matters. She specializes in process improvement and development, resolving conflict, boosting employee morale and engagement, analytical reporting and strategic planning.
Her passion resides in helping others have a voice and finding their passion while keeping an open mind.  Jennifer thrives on guiding others to think outside the box to achieve their dreams and goals.  This passion fuels her goal to help organizations understand and bridge gaps between diversity, equity and inclusion. It is her main objective to see companies foster a healthy and harmonious atmosphere that encompasses comfort for all.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies in Organizational Studies from Arizona State University.
