Juan Gonzales
Juan Gonzales is a Human Resources Professional with over 20 years of experience in public/private/non-profit organizations in insurance, healthcare, transportation, financial services, and retail.
His servant leader leadership style in Human Resources is to inspire, empower, create, drive, lead, understand, and communicate with management and employees who are the true heroes and are the most critical assets of any organization. In addition, he provides mentorship to others to help them develop into leaders. But, most importantly, be honest, truthful, and unfiltered when needed and bring back "Human" in Human Resources.
Juan's passion is to help his community as he serves on the Board of Directors for Jobs For Arizona's Graduates. This non-profit organization helps young people who face obstacles in life to stay in school and acquire the academic, personal, leadership, and vocational skills they will need to be successful upon graduation. He also serves on the Board of Trustees at his daughter's school.
Juan, from Nebraska, was the first in his extended family to attend college and graduate. He is passionate about education which provided the foundation for his successful career. Juan holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Nebraska and a Masters in Business Administration w/ Human Resources emphasis from Ottawa University. In addition, he has his Senior Professional in Human Resources certification (SPHR).
